This app is not worth even 1 star... So many times I've booked though this app and instead of showing my trips in the app... I had to rely on my email... Whats the point... And the worse i cant even login... 2 times i booked and didnt receive my ticket... Hopeless

Thismorning I purchased a ticket from johor bahru to KualaLumpur,after payment transaction has not indication of success payment or ticket purchased successfully.I had no choice but to buy 2nd ticket on the same date.Later I received email that I have payment for two tickets.I have called your customer service several times and wentto voicemail directly. I have waited for a day,still no one return my call.I received emailreply no refund/return/exchange even I have explained to them is app issue

Before this I always used this app to buy tickets. But starting this year I can't access to the app. when I opened the app it stated 'error connection' although I already connected to the network. I try to reisntall back this app but the problem are still the same. I hope you can check this problem because I'm trying to buy tickets for the upcoming holidays.

This app is so good. No problem with payment or anything. I used it a lot of times since I'm a uni student until... my break starts early and I want to reschedule my ticket. There's no way to reschedule the ticket within the app. I contacted them and they said there's nothing they can do. I'm at least a week away from my scheduled trip. Ah, did I mention I used this app with my friend? Her parents decided to pick her up so she want to cancel her ticket and they said NO REFUND!

Very bad customer service. I made purchase and come out with error, no history show I bought the ticket. So I re-purchase the ticket, later I found my money deducted was not refund!! And the customer service said in their system they ady issue the QR code in the first purchase. Hello, I got in my apps that no purchase history other than the second purchase!!!!! Please do not use this apps unless you are careful enough and got time to talk with the customer service everytime there is an error!!!!!

not much choices (places) either from origin or destination to access using this apps. oh, I cant choose my seat too, its automatically chosen :( I'm not really satisfied but overall, just nice. I hope this apps will fix the problems and I surely will keep using this apps bcs its really convenient though
