Great place, needs more help, Vee she's the best, very sweet, confident and is very gentle, jayla is very hard working...she tries to be sweet, but I think she just needs a little time off!!!

The bugs are aweful... Haven't been able to log onto my account since I got a new phone. When I brought it up to the manager at the hazel crest location none of them were willing to help... Kept telling me that the app is acting up. Brought it up 5x in 3 weeks to 3 different manegers and still didn't get anywhere... It seriously puts me off of donating when I'm not able to redeem my extra points for cash. Or even get help thats actually useful.. no stars it's impossible to redo the password.

Worked fine up until almost 2 months ago. Some sort of bug is going on with the tracking of donations and donation points. I've made over 90 donations (platinum level) but it is still showing less than that. Like its been stuck at 88 for nearly two months. It gave me platinum level points for one donation but then nothing the next. I've sent in feedback but no change in app performance. Never received my fee free card either...

This app was working good at first but 4 WEEKS AGO, It failed to add my 13,000, 14,000, 15,000, AND 16,000, 17,000, 18,000, AND 19,000 points!!! I have sent in feedback AND reported a bug but no one has responded as of yet! Then I updated the app, and all of my monthly points accumulated thus far deleted!!! Please fix this AND add my points! IS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING THIS!!?

Very easy to use and understand. Love the part where you can answer the health questions before getting to the center. It also helps me keep up with what my point are and what I can get from there

The app is definitely convenient, but i do have a suggestion. There are apps now which can take your pulse using the camera on your phone. If you could integrate that technology into the prescreening questionnaire it would be a huge help to a lot of donors. My pulse is normally acceptable but your in person screening gives me major white coat syndrom and has prevented me from being a regular donor.
