I would not recommend the app, though I'm happy with the Crystal Wash balls. The app doesn't work when I tell it that I'm starting a load, so I have to keep track another way. Basically, it's useless.

The timer kept stopping. No explanation on how or what device should entered. Some instruction would be helpful. Uninstalled. Was so looking forward to,using the app.
