I downloaded the APP to my Galaxy S4; I am struggling my way thru the cell phone but this NOAA APP is awesome. All cameras work, set in Favorites. This certainly will give me much updated traffic for Baton Rouge. I hate Traffic & lots of dumb drivers! Will be downloading Full Version.
