I have yet to even use my watch!! It does not charge. And the prongs are wrong. The Q7 screen just pulses. And the battery goes from orange to yellow and back and fourth. The charger isnt correct either btw fromwhat it looks like on the instructions. Im highly disappointed. Luckily it was on sale but still. None of should have to pay a fee or go to the nearest store. I got mine off of jcpenneys. The closest is about an hour away. I dont go up there all the time nor have time.

Good to know the old Q7 app was removed rendering older watches useless. Avoid buying this brand at all costs. These watches are nothing but trouble. They don't sync with their apps. Weather was never correct. Tech support is severly lacking. This is why JCPenney always has these watches on deep discounts. Find a better brand to buy.

There are not enough instructions. Use of thw watch is not intuitive. Just needed something to track steps, heart rate is nice. The watch seems to be off & I can't get the screen on but the low battery shows. It was on sale - cheap..you get what you pay for.

I just got it and it will not charge. It continues to just vibrate and go off and on. I contacted the link they gave for support and was sent to a connection that I would have to pay $5.00 just to chat with a support team. I am very disappointed with this watch's issues and it's lack of support. I finally just bought another watch & so far it is doing what it should.

My watch was working just fine until one day the battery died and when I re charged it, I noticed the time and date was wrong. I have not used my watch in nearly 6 months. I have reset my watch multiple times, I have watched the tutorials and followed the directions that I downloaded from the manufacturer manual and still no change. Other than this the watch seems to work just fine, but I am so disappointed.

Having difficulty reconnecting; you cant + sleep manually/it was tough +ing H2O on ipad:while later it decided you drink all your attempts you kept trying to +; doesnt go by FL.Oz; it only goes by cups; highest is 40 cups! You've to drink 64 FL.oz: ipad/watch didn't want to sync: BlueT. is turned on; Q7 on the pull down bar doesn't think the B.Tooth is turned on; 3 different codes available but incorrect pin/passkey/can't communicate with 1 code!No 1 is allowed to help uscensus out on stealing
