Uninstalled. 1) Even after clicking "Resend" many times, I didn't receive any OTP. 2) Most images failed to load. 3) The app remains slow and laggy. There is no difference between wifi and mobile data. I lost count of the number of times I reinstalled this app. It is disappointing that the abovementioned problems still exist. I'm giving one more star because your promoter stationed at URA is very cheerful and friendly.

Beware using the Wallet function in the app - there is a minumum top-up of $5, so even if your wallet balance is a few cents short you would have to top-up $5 just to buy your item. Furthermore the app is unclear about certain mechanics of their discounts system, eg. Exactly what products are eligible for certain vouchers, and the 10% discount for using their wallet not being factored in when checking if your wallet balance is sufficient (i.e. possibly forcing you to top-up $5!) Uninstalled.

Innovative, fuss-free and straight forward. I get my daily caffeine fix using the app when I'm on the way, reach the kiosk and it's ready just in time. That's the way coffee purchase should be! Keep it up.

No point. Coffee is not as if dirt cheap. Same price as if done by human barista and no seats too! Need to prepay credits. Better if just allow customer to tap a screen and tap credit card as and when needed OR either that, keep the app but drop your coffee prices. Otherwise - doom to fail. Seriously.

I ordered a drink, and the robot says that it needs to be refilled. However, I waited for 30 solid minutes and no one come to refill. What a disappointment. I can't even cancel my order although it has not been prepared. I hope the customer experience team can improve on this for a better future performance.
