This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Cricut Joy on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Deleting this app having wasted so many Cricut card inserts. Pre:designed Cricut insert cards not cutting the full design i.e. one word completely missing. Having reached out to Cricut customer services they said not to worry (it's ok to waste time, supplies and money) and use design space instead as the app wasn't stable and results couldn't be relied on!

Not easy to use. I would rather use the design space app. The features were not fun to use. You really can't do much in the app. Felt very limited. Would not recommend.

I can't get on this app. It always closes every time I try to open the app. I have uninstalled once already. I guess I have to just use the design space.

Can't install on my android tablet. Just keeps spinning on pending. I thought you could install on tablet.
