cannot play when screen is off

Terrible terrible app after the latest update!!! Users need to login every single time and re-login to play the next segment, which is impossible when you're on a plane or somewhere without data or connection! I used to d/l a ton of segments to help me through those long-haul flights (so gratifying). NOW IT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!! Will the app developer/admin please change it back the way it was. Cannot open this app since May 30. Altho I am using Samsung older phone, Android system is still above 4.1 which this app is supposed to support. Thx for the instruction re how to fix this issue on Facebook. Now the app works fine. Awesome. Thumbs up! Thank you so much!

after new android update it's not working properly. my phone keep saying it's not closing in background. almost need to restart my phone everytime I used. plz update your app. I'm using Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with newest android update. thank you. Updated after September 10th. All working well now. Thank you

I checked but there is no permission allow for run background service Very often every 10mins when I am screen off while listening, the app will stop playing suddenly . But If I turn on my screen and let it play it would continue to play till the end without interruption.

After the update, it seems you must be logged in to listen to already downloaded files. If you are on the plane and you don't have connection to log in, then you can't listen offline.
