I have had this app for close to two years running on three tablets and one phone without a single problem. Hopefully a smart graphics version gets released sooner than later. iOS shouldn't get all the love. This App for Android has an issue., when inside the Wifi of the House it works Great., When outside even using the External IP it does not connect. However, in the iPhone App works great. Could you please fix this ASAP. I been using R2 to bypass this problem, but is not fair to pay $100.00 to each.

How do you get App Support? It was working intermittently, but now not at all. Definitely not worth $100 for the app. And now we have a $10,000 sound system that we can't use. We can't even change the volume on the TV. Our installer is working to resolve the problem but so far no luck.

I purchased this app to control my new Crestron home entertainment system, but it won't connect to it. My contractor told me after my purchase that I had bought the wrong program, and an Android app to control my system hasn't been released yet. When I contracted for this system 18 months ago, I was told that it worked great with Apple and Android devices. I find it hard to believe that in July, 2014, the Android app to control my system hasn't been released yet. I wish I'd just purchased a Sonos system.
