Both frames stopped working after a software update 1 year ago. Nix Customer support worked with me try to fix these older models and when they couldnt be fixed they replaced them and shipped them internationally!

Not intuitive at all. Difficult to figure out how to add emailed photos to my playlist that's showing on the frame.
