FINALLY updated this app!. Unified docs and light? interface ? Even figure did dark themes now.I hardwired the tub to avoid problems,still takes time 2 connect. ORP probe always hi so test with kit . I don't understand why choose such sh**y hardware Wi-Fi solution? Needs to work with Google home!! C'mon man! Calling support they are awesome, got my motherboard wired properly on ph call.

The new update, I didn't think it could be worse. It won't connect at all now. Says the spa is offline...it's not. At least in the previous version, I had a 50/50 chance of the app connecting to the spa. App seems to work now, so updating rating.

Nice step back with a light theme. Be nice to be able to switch back to dark, it looked so much better.

Very poorly designed app, rarely ever connects. Almost impossible to reconnect. The tub however, is amazing.

Biggest issue. Connection issues. Most the time I can't connect Next issue..this app looks like it was built by a 2 year old. The user interface looks awful, and operates poorly. I was expecting a very high quality, top of the line app... especially if I spend 15k on a hot tub. Artic spas needs to invest a big portion of their profits and get a professional app developer and also someone that can design a proper looking, high end user interface.

1/11/21: app & website are not working. Nothing is updating. Also, can not make any setting changes... please fix makes very difficult to see what the tub is doing. I'm manually checking everything at the tub panel.
