Gordon Biersch told us today that they will no longer add points to our reward card and that instead we need to sign up for this app. So something that has worked well for over 15 years is being phased out for a cell phone app. Well that's great, except this app always crashes and won't work at all. Not getting my reward points for this purchase and have no idea what to do. I don't understand what is so hard about giving them my card and they looking up my account. It is easy for everyone. Now a cell phone app gets in the way and doesn't even work. This is upsetting.

Tried the old app and could not get logged in. Tried this new app and same problem. Even tried to log in through a browser. None of them work.
