App is horrible. Half the time it won't let you pay. Sometimes it won't give you a confirmation if your payment went through. They randomly take items off the menu on the app that are still serving at the store. I have had conformation from employees at numerous stores that the problems are very widespread. Apparently whoever is designing and maintaining the app has absolutely no clue what they are doing!

I put us down on the waiting list via this App & it gave us a wait time of 50 minutes. We drove to the location and after waiting in line to speak to the hostess she informed us that it would be another 50 minutes ontop of the 50 we had already waited... She also told us the app is inaccurate... I'm shocked that this is an issue in 2021. Bringing our business elsewhere this not so lovely morning.

They never come outside to hand off your food. I got there late, and called when I parked and still waited 15 mins, finally had to begrudgingly go inside in this crowded restaurant, and I found my food waiting on a shelf and they said we were about to bring it out!? Food is always good though Make sure if you order the syrup for $4.99 for 12oz, you check your order before leaving the restaurant, b.c. they will give you the 1.5oz free one, even when I ordered dumplings. I returned and got it.

It's useless. I got the app in the restaurant and tried twice to pay for the meal. Each time I hit the final button to pay, the app would crash. I finally gave up and paid at the register. I'm deleting it because there's no use for it.

Downloaded the app today (for the first time ever), entered fresh card #, attempted to use said credit card 4 times with ZERO errors provided, but rather just kicked right out of the app. Until an update is released, HIGHLY recommend you just pay for ur dine-in check at the register. Would give it a ZERO out of 5 stars if it was possible. (Yes, I've sent an email to the developers for an attempt at getting some effort out towards FIXING it!!)

The app said 20-25 min when I put us on the wait list. Got to the East Windsor location and they said it would be an hour to 1 and a half. He said the app always says 20-25. Don't trust the app you'll waste a trip.
