Trying to login and "authentication" keeps failing. Very frustrating app. Have deleted it powered off, restarted it. Still happens. Have no problem logging into the website, but the app is a total piece of garbage.

Refuses to accept payment whether it's for the complimentary 30 min or for paid parking. Terrible functionality. $25 minimum pay-in which is highway robbery. Unscrupulous and glitchy. Also, if you have a problem and email them, it's a 10 day wait for a response. Useless. Do not use.

Pretty good app, haven't had an issue yet. But I should be able to add a license plate to multiple account. Let's get that into the next update. Thanks!

Shortsighted design. ANYONE can add multiple license plate numbers unverified, which then prevents the actual owners of those cars from ever using the system. BRILLIANT!!! Someone cuts you off, add their plate to your profile! Too funny.

One of the worst designed apps ever! The city should look at the many other parking apps and redesign this one. Forcing used to prepay at min. of $25 after having to go through so many fragmented steps is horrible. Customer experience here seems to set the stage if what other I teractions online with city digital tools will be like... not a good use of our tax payer dollars.

No possibility to link a credit card directly. $25 top up deposit required in order to start using the app. There was no way I would need to pay $25 for parking during my one day visit in Edmonton
