In case you are a Tenant and your has given contract to them for maintenance Think Twice before downloading Your security deposit is at risk. Forget the pathetic maintenance service they give. On vacating the apartment they prefer you to repaint the entire apartment ( even if you have stayed there for two months) , plus the service charge for all the electric appliance and cleaning charge( even if you leave the apartment deep cleaned ).
