Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ELRO Intercom on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Can't even try to configure system for local use without access to location service? You should not need gps to set up basic settings like outside unit volume etc. Even after forcing router into 2.4ghz mode can't connect. (Yes did several resets) No switch on the monitor to just make it wired only/disable wifi, so cant configure and it's insecure: Worst of both worlds. App also puts a bloody annoying constant notification in tray just to say it's running. Expected MUCH better for this price.

Works after some tinkering with the app, setup wizard and router. Should get some love to optimize the massive drain on battery.

Hardware is hard to connect, software always problems. After 2 years still problems connecting wifi and audio sucks.

About this app

With the ELRO Intercom app you are able to see who is in front of the door at any given time.

When a visitor rings the doorbell you will be notified on your phone. After answering an incoming call, you are able to communicate with the visitor, open an electric doorlock, take pictures and save video clips.

It is easy to connect the ELRO intercom systems to your wifi network. By doing this you gain access to your intercom over the whole world.
