Best safest taxi drivers in Birmingham they are about £1.55 pound more than rival private hire but glass screen ensures they dont pass on covid 19 instead of breathing same air space as driver. Also they worked hard to pass the knowledge of Birmingham so deserve the extra £1.55 im my opinion you pay a little extra in comfort in knowing you will be in safe hands. Adam regular passenger.

dated app and a rip off company dodgy drivers your better off a local base or uber honestly black cab wont last long with their prices.

I booked a taxi at 7pm for the following morning. Paid by card and they took the quoted amount from my card. All conformed through the app no issues. They emailed me the next morning at 7.15 to say the taxi wasn't going to come because the hour at was too short and it wasn't worth their while. I had booked the taxi for 8.15 and normally enough didn't check my email at 7.15 am. They had my number but did not call. They also kept my money and have ignored my several attempts to get a refund. Would never use their service again. The app works if u can be sure they won't decide the journey isn't worth the effort for them.
