The app can be good but the server is always down and it saves me having to ring them as I suffer with anxiety

Took funds from my card. Cancelled the journey. Then became rude and aggressive on the phone. Repeatedly called me back to continue being aggressive. Raised a dispute with my bank and also reported to local authority. Will be calling again in the morning and further complaining.
