Good drivers but...... Poor service where fare is wanted payed. Its money always wanted, cards are declined and driver takes you to a cashline. Plus NO discount, mostly the reason I use them.

Extremely poor app. Can't register, can't get password reminder email. Come on guys, get this app sorted. Used to use it all the time, now it's totally useless!!!!!

The app usually works OK, but I'm fed up getting drivers that don't know where anywhere is. Using GPS for a 1 mile trip is ridiculous. The other thing is, even when you use the app to order you still get a text saying "Next time why not use our app". Irritating.

Just works!! easy to book and to see where the vooked car is, gives you a set price quote IF your journey is outside city boundary and allows you to pay with either card or cash. Always found it to be easy to use and cars clean...

worked perfectly every time. as a tourist it can use gps to get your location. let's you track your driver. Got 4 or 5 rides with it. easy even when drunk! cheers guys

worst cab firm ever. You book a taxi and told you'll wait eight minutes, then it changes completely to another driver who you have to wait twenty minutes for, then guess what? It does it again. 45 minutes waiting on a taxi that changed three times because the drivers involved are lazy and useless.
