I used this app twice today - Once to book a future journey, then again to book the return journey. The cab arrived on time, and I was able to track its arrival. I booked the return journey for asap and the cab arrived within 10 minutes. I was informed of the arrival via text, which was perfect. Knowing ahead of time the cost for the journey was appreciated. I paid cash both times, but would consider using a card in the future. The app is not visually stunning, but it works flawlessly, which is what I most care about.
