I really like this company, but find the app isn't very user friendly. Doesn't recognise places like "King's Cross Station" not as intuitive as some. As I said, great company otherwise. Would just suggest phoning them instead of using this app.

Very difficult to use at first. Very difficult to change settings at the moment. Not user friendly at the moment. But hopefully the problems will be ironed out in the fullness of time. Have made two bookings...& will wait to see if the car arrives on time! I have not been asked for a contact number yet.
