Seemed OK, booked a mini bus at around 630pm, booking was confirmed for
1030pm. Then got a message at 1008pm saying they don't cover my area! Wow

More convenient that calling in principle but in practice the estimated time is complete rubbish it might as well not be a feature. You can book it then once it's allocated they'll text how long it's gonna be but never by the estimated time pre-booking and don't assume because you booked the night before for a specie time they'll be there, because as a previous reviewer said it only get a allocated 5 mins before your requested time so in rush hour you'll still be waiting 40 mins like everyone else calling then and there.

I always book taxis hours in advance on the app. They never get allocated until about 5 minutes before the time they are booked for and then are at least 15 minutes away. Absolutely rubbish!

Terrible service..pointless booking in advance because the cars seem to be allocated at the requested arrival time. Fed up..after 6 late pick ups I'm giving hull cars a go instead.
