Error in syncing with server ever time ive tried to use it in the last 3 weeks. Please fix the bug! Uninstalling doesn't help!

I booked a car using this app. The cab didn't show and I got no information about ETA so I cancelled the car. Two days later they billed my credit card. Update: And if you give them an negative app review they blacklist your address. What a classy operation.
