The app is very very good, and finds your location. However, the service provided is questionable. I used the app to book an airport taxi an hour in advance, and no car arrived. A week later I tried again, giving 2 hours notice for an airport car. No car arrived again and I had to hurridly call another car company. So, whats the point of the app allowing you to pre book then?

If I could rate anything zero, this app would be it There is literally zero point in using it. Almost every time I've pre-booked a cab, I've had to call to ask why it hasn't arrived only for the operator to tell me I have to call to confirm I wanted it in the first place. Useless. Worse than useless in fact.

Absolutely useless. I booked a cab and 10 mins after it was supposed to be there I was still waiting. Gave them a call and they told me the driver hadn't even completed the drop off before me and they couldn't give me an estimate on when the car would be there. They seemed to think it was unreasonable for them to have planned for the car to be there at exactly the requested time. What's the point of booking then? Had to make different arrangements and ended up very late. Will not use again.

this used to work pretty well, but no more. tried entering my card details and it wouldn't accept my number, tried my wife's and same issue. the ui is a bit messy as well tbh, anyway i just phoned them and got a taxi tje old fashioned and reliable way
