I love this app! You can order your taxi literally with a click of a button. You can track your cars. Choose how you want to pay... And you can also pre book your taxis for later dates & times. Plus it works out a little cheaper too. Very happy with the app. The operators are always pleasant and polite. The drivers are always helpful and on time.

It used to be brilliant a few issues but still brilliant now it wont let me sign in because its saying my number is connected to a different device which is isnt

Heard that Basildon taxis got scared of Uber 😅 well, uber app is way! better than this one! Map is inaccurate, I can't even find the addresses or companies that I need, and not showing when car is aproved and arriving. Please consider to update this app to 2019 era and you will have one coming back customer. I would really like to use those discounts that driver gave me one day. Awaiting for some good changes ...

Most of the time works fine. However randomly keeps crashing and some journeys don't follow the road. I.e from corringham to the haywain takes you all the way down the a13 and back

I like the new layout as there are now more vehicle options and now it shows the new limit of 3 passengers in a saloon etc and have an option for 4 passengers
