The app keeps asking for permission to my contacts and storage what is the point just need simple track and payment.. service is great quick and always polite but the glitches in app is quite annoying..

Card expires on the night, app does not accept any more. Driver push me to get cash from . ATM, when I have another card to use clearly don't like to take card payment. Not impressed

I have been using this awhile. But my experience this morning was absolutely disgraceful. A very rude receptionist answered the phone regarding my query for a taxi that i booked thru the app. All she said was the taxi was at the top of my road,where i was already outside and no taxi was there!!! And arrogantly replied to me if you go outside your house, you will be able to see him and she already asked him to turn around, well obviously, he was waiting at the wrong house!!!

They put me on the blocked list for the application and now I can't use it you need to unblock my Samsung note 9 because I can't use it anny more because you have blocked me for konw reson at all and I wont you to reset my account on the application so I can use the application again I hopefully some one can help me sort it out thanks daniel
