The pricing is a rip off. And then they try to charge you 2 pound extra on top if you want to use your card to pay in a world where we now have a deadly virus and you've to pay extra to use a card. Ridiculous

the 2 stars are simply because putting in information and setting up account is easy. unfortunately as other reviews have stated, the soul purpose of this app doesn't work. no matter what time of day it will ask you to contact the office.

Was great to begin with, now won't allow me to book. I phone the office and they say it is working fine. I was told to uninstall then install it again. Done that 3 times, still no working.

BEWARE!!!! Do not use this app. The estimate price that the app gives is much less than what they will actually try to charge you. It's happened to several people I know. When you complain they just say "oh we know, the app is wrong". Surely this shady practice cannot be legal?

Thry are thief's. If you pay via this app with a card, the driver will ask you for the money also. I called them, and they sayd that it's nothing they can do... Don't recomand. It's a scam
