I don't own a pc but I've always dreamed of wanting to use Photoshop purely because I edit for people on personnel choice of how they want their photos to look. It would be awesome if you could do an app for both android & windows mobile, where you can do facial edits i.e vampires etc etc please

Ive used loads of apps to edit, "photo shop" pics etc. Got so board of them. I came across Shimmer by chance - I Absol Love it. So many fab filters + effects The Shimmer filter is amazing! This Apps got it spot on perfect.. Way ahead of the pack. 5🌟

App is very easy to use and works like a charm for adding a little flair to photos and removing unwanted background stuff. Plenty of options to mess with and hopefully will see more in the future.
