I ordered my lunch for 14/02/2019 on 12/02/2019 through their App and they confirmed it. But they didn't deliver it today!!! The delivery man takes order over phone and deliver foods to his known persons, while he says to me "Sorry Sir, i didn't have any idea that you placed an order". When i showed him their confirmation SMS, he kept saying "sorry sir, i brought lunch for those who placed order over phone to me!!!" So why install this App when the order is taken over phone????
