Some photos uploaded on the app doesn't reflect in the defect list. Keep crashing when uploading defect case. When opened on browser all the photos are not reflected in the list. This is very frustrating as my property have hundreds of defect and I need to come up with my own defect list instead. I always thought Sime Darby will provide a good services to their customer. Not only your property quality is very poor, even your app performance is also very poor. What a shame

Kept forced shutdown of app when I try to lodge defect rectification request. Horrible UI experience. Trying to input is already irritating and now this app keeps closing on its own.

I dont think only this app deserve 1 star but SIME DARBY themselves. 1. Your app is so buggy. 2. We try to reach you through whatsapp but no action is taken. The reports and request for rectifications left by sooo many buyers were left unattended. Leakages, cracks, etc. Lepas tangan gitu jekah? Mmg semua nak kena selesai ngan lawyer. Ingat SIME DARBY okayla. Kecewa.
