So far I had one thing I ordered go through. No way to track the shipment that I can see. Now I can't use my bank card anymore, cus my bank shut it down, said where I was ordering from tried to charged my card 4 to 5 times on every order. Need I say more. Customer service you can't call, really can't even type, you got to pick what they write. Well how about telling me why you tried to charge every transaction 5 times and now ,I don't get the items I wanted and need to get a new debit card.

I have been enjoying this shopping app. Super low prices, most items are items our family has wanted and needed both!!😍 There's also a wide variety of items displayed. I like the products. My only concern was, when I am ready to check out, I discovered that on some items, the price change too a much higher price. So now I have to start over, and pay as I select a product. I can't jug go to my cart and pick out what I will pay for that day! But I do enjoy the shopping! Thank you!

Love the app, buy things often, I've found some good deals here, but for some reason the "my orders" page is not loading up. I've tried to reinstall the app and that doesn't seem to help. Thanks for the great assortment of things and a fun place to window shop.

The only thing I have a problem with is the price has changed dramatically from the price that is advertised to when you click to buy it sometimes it doubles or triples and then you still have to pay shipping so I stop using wish and joyful shopping they do have cool items but sometimes they're shipping can take a long time cuz most of it is coming from China too so just be wary of the price markup
