Poor App, you said this App does not use data but you can not log in without data or Wi-fi and your Network connection is also very poor in my area. I downloaded my MTN App but I've uninstalled it because I was facing the same problem as this, I thought this App will be better than the other one but this is even trash. I have used this network for years now but I haven't seen any improvement in the network issue but am still using this network because of the Momo, I rest my case. Thank you.

While this app is good. It is deficient in the sense that it is not possible to generate a statement neither is it possible to send to a non MTN ewallet ie Airtel or Zamtel money. Using Ussd can give a statement but that statement does not give details

Today the 2nd April 2021, have had challenges making payments, account deducted and no response from the other end...I would suggest you communicate when faced with challenges so that your clients dont attempt to and in the end face challenges...am re-rating to 0

I've downloaded this app and it's not permitting me to log in, all it keeps say is "oops An Error Occured... you can go back and try again". I uninstalled and reinstalled yet it keeps saying the same... hmm GHANA!!! everything about this country is not good!!! Twene Jonas will get to you soon

Very stupid logic in the app. It forces me to register every time I open it up. I send oney using it but am tired now. You'd expect such a big company to have a better app but soo disappointing. USE THE AIRTEL ONE GUYS.

I love the app.. Now I just don't know why it only shows the last five transactions in the statement list instead of all of my transactions.
