The app constantly fails and will not accept our credentials. It gives us error reports 99% of the time stating that the data entered could not be verified. Don't waste your time, just use your laptop to manipulate the program which is great!

Almost consistently "setting request" error. The app is useless and I'm forced to go online. It used to work about 75-80% of the time until just last week. Used to be weak, now is plain junk. Also: The APP ratings misteriously went from 1.4 to 3??? Total BS.

Helpful for making temporary adjustments to schedule, but would be better with 2 changes: 1. Enable changes to schedule 2. Don't make me enter password every time I use the app. Does not need to be as secure as online banking app. No update in over a year? Geez.

I was able to use this app with no issues up until a week ago. Now when I enter my user name and password, it says "Setting Request Failed". I can not log in anymore. Please fix this issue.

Since updating a few weeks ago, I am seeing regular error msgs - regarding data received ftom the server & this device is not available ... the convenience this app/service once offered has been replaced with inconvenience!

Works great, a couple of times I was unable to use it. Either than that it really is useful. Especially when you have children that don't turn down the unit when no one is home.
