App is inconsistent. Sometimes battery indicator is there, sometimes it's not. Sometimes Listening Situations is there, sometimes it's not. Open the app and the settings have changed from 20 minutes ago. App does not always work: if you put your phone on Do Not Disturb because you're in a meeting or at a movie theater, you cannot use the app. If your phone is connected to your car's Bluetooth, you cannot use your app. Users are not their customers, customer is the company you bought H/A from.

Great when it works,!! It rarely does and you have to uninstall and try again. I need to be able to trust the app and know that when I need to change my hearing aid settings, that I can do so immediately and not end up missing half the conversation while I struggle to reinstall the app. It's 2020 for goodness sake. We really shouldn't be having this issue.

Disappointed with connection to tv smart transmitter 2.4. It loses the connection easily (like if I leave the room ) and then I can't get it back. If i have the volume down and I lose it I am really in trouble.

It did not work. Hard to get up on your phone. Prefer the dedicated remote. 12/4/19 no change. slow and hard to use!!!! 9/11/20 it is much better now!!!

One step away from useless Could be so much better. Disconnects often, others have that problem too. One improvement I would suggest is to have the app store and start up with the user's preferred settings for mode, volume and tone quality. I need to adjust these settings every morning when I put them on. Maybe the one for iPhone is where they are focused.

Incredibly convenient... I'm new to hearing aids and was shown how to regulate volume by using tiny buttons on the piece that goes behind my ears... sure! Almost impossible with lots of hair and long nails. This app makes regulating a "snap" .. glad i have it!
