Registration failes multiple times and can't actually register my bike. And in app customer service link provided to resolve problems yielded 404

Lijkt dat de app geen data van mijn fiets krijgt. Daarnaast is het onduidelijk hoe je met bluetooth moet verbinden.

App loopt al bij registratie van de fiets alleen maar vast (actuele, geüpdate telefoon), al 10x opgestart en registratie nog niet gelukt. Info op scherm spreekt elkaar tegen (framenr moet 3 letters bevatten, ander scherm '2', en mijn framenr bevat 4 letters, error!). Kortom: app met heel veel 'kinderziektes' dus hier wil je voorlopig echt niet voor betalen, wat wel na 1 jaar moet. Lijkt erop dat de klantenservice (jammer dat ze geen telefoonnr op de site hebben) wel goed is, extra ster.
