This app is horrible. The UX is horrible. When I type, I can't see what I'm typing as the keyboard covers the text field. Looks like a high school project or an app developed by beginners.

This app is beyond useless. Click on the Forms tab....nothing on display. How can I get furniture moved in if I can't fill out the form? The app still seems quite buggy

A game-changer. This app has honestly made my life so much easier when it comes to anything to do with property related admin. Everything is at my finger tips so I'm never caught short and it's made managing my rental effortless. The team has also been incredibly helpful with any queries I've had about getting familiar with the app and getting the most out of all it has to offer.

Logged my first query. The display doesn't allow me to see if the correct images are uploaded let alone notify me that they are. I checked "my QUERIES" tab hoping it will show me that I forwarded the correct info but all I see is the typed queries and none of the images. I can't even scroll through my text because the display is not properly aligned allowing me to have proper visual and allow me to comfortably go through what I've typed. This app is causing more problems than its solving🙄

Absolutely useless app. Even after installing the latest version, with the apparent updates, it is not user friendly at all. There is no drop down list to chose the type of query you'd like to log. Very poor build and development.

This app is not user friendly. It only allows you to upload one picture per query / comment. I created another query to upload more images but the "photo" button is still greyed out / says "thank you" not allowing any new images to be uploaded. This will not help them understand the problem at all.
