This watch is frustrating to say the least. It won't connect with anything that I own. I sent off a request to the service desk and have gotten nowhere with getting the Cogito Classic to connect. I would recommend going with a different device. There seems to be a lack of foresight on a device that needs to connect with Bluetooth to update when it needs to be updated to connect with Bluetooth.

Have a v1 that worked on my S5 but not my Pixel. Company assured me the v2 would work and it does not. Support is no help at all. Waste of money and time dealing with this company and this brand. App also caused bluetooth connectivity issues with my 2016 Veloster Turbo infotainment system. Edit after support response: No. Connecting to an older device does not work. No update is performed. Left it connected for two days. Watch still only connects to my Pixel but sends no notifications. All permissions are set. Not compatible with Android 7 at all.

I have a samsung galaxy s5 and i am trying to connect my cookoo watch but it is not working. I have check online for solutions and i have tried some of them but it doesn't work. I really like the watch and i really look forward to using it so please help me solve this issue. I will rate it a five if the problem is solved.

Im using my lg g4 to connect to my cookoo v1 and I can't get it to connect at all. I just got this watch so it would be a disapointment if i had to return it. Ill give u 5 stars if this issue can be resolved. Thank you.

I have a Samsung S6 Edge and the watch refuses to connect. I have upgraded the software and the watch intermittently works but it then refuses to connect after a few minutes. Status is always Paired but not connected as the watch is not in range. And the best part...your support desk replies to my query asking if I don't hv the Bluetooth switched on my apple device...Really!!!!

I have a S7 & unfortunately updated the cookoo 2 watch thru it (Android 6). It worked fine until I updated to Android 7 Nougat. Now I don't get notification for text message on the watch. Only calls show up. I also tried repairing & reinstalling the app but to no avail.
