I love Jenny's work and I think the app is a brilliant idea but as other people have already pointed out, the videos don't load properly and crash every few minutes. I would expect a bit more for £10 a month and it's a little frustrating when you can't watch a full video. I will be unsubscribing after this month but I think it will be a great app once the problems have been rectified.

Update! This app is awful. I love you Jenny but, it's been 2 months. App
continues to crash. Constant glitches. I'm going to stick to your Free
higher quality YouTube Videos for now. I'll definitely come back when
improved.

I love Jenny's work and would love to continue my subscription however the videos stop and crash.. Its extremely frustrating!

As much as this interested me as a hairdresser there is no point in staying subscribed to an app that doesn't update you can see more on her Instagram then this anyway I kept to to watch her interviews with the other stylist really. 🤷♀️

Jenny is great...but you see more on her Instagram then on this app...also the videos dont load and when they do the stop evefy few second...waste of money tbh.
