Errors cause loss of payment. Also is at times the only way to apply money to account and app sometimes does not work leading to a negative balance which reflects on credit standing as it relates to a person's credit score/rating. Customer service does not respond promptly. Usage tales too long to post to the app. Other than that it is convenient when it works.

Don't waste your time, it doesn't work. Stick to the website. I tried to refill my ezpass but it kept telling me my card info was wrong. I checked my bank & there are 2 pending transactions but it still hasn't been applied to my ezpass. That's way more than I need so I don't want to try doing another transaction via the website. Reached out to customer service, NO RESPONSE.

Says my bank account number is Not valid when it indeed is. Tried calling to have them add it, but they said they couldn't because they're working from home and have no access to add a bank account to my ez pass for Auto Pay. Very frustrating! Update your app to let me enter my account number.

Horrible! I went to put money on my ez pass, and the app said a list of my payments could not be obtained, so I tied again and go the response again. I then get notified by my bank that I was charged twice, and then a 3rd time a complete different amount! So I was charged $105.00 total. That money was needed for something else and if the app can't even work right I doubt I'd get a refund. I don't use an ez pass enough to want to put $105 on it! So angry! App doesn't even work right still!!!!

This app always forgets my login credentials after a unknown time of unuse (weeks, month?) despite having it set to remember. I have to re-enter username and password instead of biometrics. Very inconvenient for an app!

It was fine until 2 days ago when it signed me out for error code 401. It says there's no network connection and won't allow me to sign in. Stick to the website or expect to be frustrated.
