No connectivity error at the end of every attempt I made today to book a ride. And then later I check the ride section, its booked 3 times. When I try to cancel it again throws me the 'no Internet ' message. Tried the call button next to booking, got a message saying the number is outside range. Absolutely unreliable service.

App is of poor quality and full of bugs. They get all your details then the booking did not work, said time needs to be plus 2 hours and tried at least 4 and the next day but Dane error. Couldn't select address on map as the list did not refresh New addresses. Minus 1 customer

the thing is that the price and everything was affordable but the pick up center as well as the dropping is only in a few places.... was a good one and now the app stops responding.... even all my friends have this same issue.. verry dissapointed 😡😡😡

During Saturday's and Sundays we cannot able to rely on this app coz vehicles wont be available at all. Purpose of the app should be easiness of the user. Btm layout branch there will be no vehicles available after 10am on Saturday and Sundays.. If the company is growing try to deploy more vehicles

Don't download this app and waste your time... For last two days I'm trying to sign in...bt its not working... and the bikes are also not available in any area...I think they closed their business... and why need to run the app simply... just close this too...

About this app

RentOnGo is an urban mobility startup changing the way India commutes and travels through self-drive 2-wheelers on rent. We are solving your daily commute problems through our Commute mode. In Commute a consumer can pick a vehicle from any of our location across Bangalore and drop at the same or any other location. The ride is charged on a per km and per min basis including fuel and 2 helmets. We provide complete flexibility wherein you can drop the vehicle whenever you want without the need for fixing the end time in advance.

You can use this for your daily office commute, meetings, going for lunch, hanging out with friends, shopping. It is cheaper than autos, cabs, volvo buses and even using your private vehicle as the maintenance and fuel is on us.

Commute is at present only available in Bangalore. We will very soon be launching services in other cities.

As part of Travel mode, we provide all kinds of scooters and motorbikes on daily, weekly and monthly basis. So if you ever wish to venture out of town or if you are in a city for few days and want to explore then we got the right pair of wheels for you. You could also try out any specific bike before you consider buying it. For booking a bike you just need to find a pickup location near you and book the bike in advance. Over weekends we generally see a higher demand for Travel and hence suggest you finalize your plans in advance.

Travel is available in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Delhi/NCR.
