Very easy to use, staff is easily reachable and very helpful. I would like to make a suggestion, though. It would be helpful to have a new message sound when chatting with the staff prior to the appointment. While waiting for the Dr, I don't want to keep staring at the screen for ten-ish minutes, in case the staff member has another question for me. Otherwise, love this app and ability to have a visit in my jams!

The app worked just fine for me, the video from the other end was lagging the entire call but the sound was totally clear both ways. Not sure if its the app, my phone, wifi or the doctors office internet. Either way it was much better than going out to the office and exposing myself to potential covid patients.

I Absolutely the ease and convenience of this way of seeing and speaking to a Dr. But the volumeof the call was horrible and there was nothing the nurse and Dr or I could do to increase it. The Dr even said the new version of this app made using a Bluetooth speaker worst. That made it a bit challenging but we got thru it.

Very good conept and the video/audio clarity is perfect. The app itself is okay. The wait times are insane and I know we are dealing with a pandemic at this time (over 2 hours on the app my first visit and 1.5 hours my second visit). You have to wait to see a care coordinator, then wait to see a doctor, and then wait to see the care coordinator again at the end. If the wait is over 20-30 minutes, there should be an option to get a call back. The care coordinators and doctors were great!

I am really thankful for having this as an option during Covid-19. I need the physical therapy and we have had great connection through our whole session and ability to see and hear each other pretty good. We have had about 10 to 15 sessions that haven't had a problem that has been discerning. Thank you Concentra for having this as an option for treatment through this pandemic and thank you Brittany for dealing with me over the computer instead of making me come in. I really do appreciate it!

Does not work . Carlos Muniz tries blaming it on my device or connection. When every other app has no issues. This is in fact a concentra issue. Talk about more stress added onto work stress to fix work stress. Seriously.
