Very good well researched app. I had an issue when trying to sign up with location access a quick shake of my device bought up the report screen got a reply to my email within the hour and now fixed. Thank you halal joints

I can use this app to find all the best burger places in London. It includes HMC and some places that are not HMC but it tells you how their chicken or beef is Halal and whether pork, alcohol and other haram ingredients are served

About this app

Halal Joints makes finding halal restaurants and food places fast and easy. We looked at the other apps available and found that they were slow, clunky, difficult to use and full of chicken shops!

So we built an app that has:
- An offline database: so you can use it anywhere in the world without a data connection
- Integrated listings: so they load instantly when you launch the app
- A fine-tuned filter: so you can quickly and easily hide those pesky chicken shops, or places that serve alcohol
- Full Google Maps integration: so you don't need to cross-check to see if the place exists

With our app, we hope users will be able to quickly locate local halal places with minimal fuss. We've tried to think outside the box and include places that are vegetarian, vegan and alcohol-friendly in the hope that we become your go-to app for when you need to organise team lunches and dinners with your non-muslim colleagues and friends!

Our database currently focuses on London in the UK, but we are adding new cities every week. If you have a local joint that you think should be included, please do send us details via the Submit tab in the app!
