Could not login. Every time I attempt to pick a saved password nothing gets filled in.

Rarely able to log in, and when it did finally work, it was yet another way of accessing the website. Not even worth what it cost, and it's free!

Just links to the website and a few "help sheets" which you can also get on the website. This adds no value if it just links you to the website, what if you are offline and need the phone numbers or want to email
