I would rather see Ads than have to Pay to see the Status on Thursday or Friday... What a joke. Immediately UNINSTALLED!! - Push App? Make it a Fetch... You can read the XML file provided by OPM.

Notifier for OPM provides you with the latest OPM status for the District of Columbia. This app pulls information directly from the OPM status website at http://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/snow-dismissal-procedures/current-status/ so you can get up to date information on delays or closures.

The app uses push notifications to effectively cost you zero battery power. The server tracks changes every 15 minutes and only sends information to your phone if there is a change in status.

The free license allows push notification status updates for every day of the week except Thursdays and Fridays. Purchase a full license for unlimited push notification status updates. The app utilizes a flexible in-app payment system so you can pay what you feel the app is worth.
