Upon opening the app only see a green screen with company logo. unclear how to open. Fifty percent of the time it opens itself after about 30 seconds. rest of time it doesn't open. Menu does not provide as many needed options like the website. In the middle of trying to book need to click on icons, instead of hover over them, to see what action they perform, resulting sometimes in nullifying the booking. The third booking step, choosing your car, is non-existent.

The service is great, the cars are well distributed throughout the city and I'm almost never more than a 10-15 minute walk from a car if i book at the last minute (closer if I book in advance). The app, on the other hand, is absolute garbage. Upon installation there are 2 identical icons available. The first crashes 100% of the time, the other works intermittently at best. Currently, the website is down and the app isn't working, so it's been impossible for me to book a vehicle all day. Garbage.

Service is great, customer support is great, but the app has been quite buggy and didn't receive any updates for quite a while now. It doesn't open at all under Android 10. Edit: App is working again. Updated my review accordingly.

Before making modifications to a reservation, a warning should appear to tell you that a fee will be applied. I quickly changed a reservation by 1 hour, not thinking of the 2h window, but with the fee there would have been no point. Edit: Updates do not come nearly enough.

The app is absolute garbage. Upon installation there are two identical logo buttons. Sometimes one works, other times neither works. Makes me want to throw my phone because of how frustrating it is.

service is great, but app is terrible. crashes more often than not and I've had to reinstall every time I need to use it. pretty disappointing.
