Brings homes up and does a pretty good job there but it really socks that the agent part is so typical of pirating the app it makes it rather useless. You can have your realtor on there but then they get swapped out by someone else so all communications are gone. The app needs to be appended so you can add your own realtor and lock it in.

"Contingency Status" filter only gives a single option ("Any"). Not helpful when trying to weed out houses that are already under contract.

Cannot filter out contingent or pending. So most of the houses you look at are contingent or pending. Very frustrating unusable in my opinion
