Not effectively working I have fixed commax system with smart call feature. The app is sometimes works and other times it doesn't work.. Not effective and no reliable and I can't figure out to get it fixed.

Please COMMAX look after your customer..! Disappointed.. no more features at all.. were I can release the door without ringing the video call and need to see the camera also without ringing the video call... commax need to update the app with mentioned above features

Unreliable at best. Does not notify every time the door rings, sometimes rings without giving the option to open the door or showing the camera, does not continue to work in the background

Not relaiable at all. Notifications works only once with every restart . I payed an extra mony to have this remot featur . If i knew i would baught other solutions . COMMAX NEED TO FIX THIS IISUE OR RETURN OUR MONY .!
