Not sure why my app isn't working. It was all fine and dandy until I updated it. It won't let me do anything. It keeps loading saying "Please wait, fetching device details". Ok well I've waiting about 15 minutes, and we have great internet, so why isn't it working?

I just cannot seem to get my camera to sync with the app let alone connect to the internet! Numerous calls to tech support and weeks ofwaiting for RMA replacements has resulted in a loss of $300. Go with Spypoint. Seriously.

App no longer works, says error, please try again later everytime. So now I gotta go threw the website to even have access to my cameras... ive checked for updates.. and nothing... really wish whatever bugs there is would be fixed by now... its been like this 3months now.

The app works great and as expected. These few that what to complain are not following or reading all the information on these apps. 1st not all phones are able to work the app I myself have a 10s+ and the wife a 9s+ no problems 21s and all those other plus and high end apple phones may or may not work don't know yet. The app is easy to figure out yes it gets updated from time to time so that new phones can get information from app. just got a new update June 1st so yes they are workin on it
