Tell me, what's the use of having an app if the purpose of the app is to take straight to the website? What a waste of time. I'm so annoyed, might as well check on other airline... Completely useless 🚮

When it works it's somewhat convenient; but it has extremely limited functionality, and poor navigation resulting from bad basic design. It regularly doesn't work which is extremely frustrating, and wasteful. If you're going to have an app, it needs to be competent and reliable. Other airlines can do it! Reading the reviews these have been issues for a year - clearly the app is not a priority for Kulula. You're better off using their website which is clunky in mobile but at least functional.

Not working after update, loose trip booking, need to use website. A no no...... To add this is the latest update. I load all my upcoming trips as in the past. When you look for the trip it is missing. This is then better to go to the web site and do your booking there. At least the email comes through, with the app it not do the email with the boarding pass.

Yesterday morning I needed to check in. Couldn't because the app couldn't connect. Eventually checked in later in the day when your system was finally up. This morning, same time, I went to view my boarding pass, couldn't connect again. Your systems appear to be more down than up. Upon arriving at Lanseria, I couldn't even get a boarding pass from the machines because you haven't integrated with that capability. Pathetic. Had to stand in a queue just to get a boarding pass.

What an absolute waste of hard disk space. All it does, is use an internal browser to access pages you'd normally access on your mobile browser anyway. And to make a booking, you need to use your normal browser, the app can't do it! What it SHOULD do, is to store Vitality login etc ie create a profile,, so that repeated logins are not required, cos that's ******* annoying, and let you book through the app. People who think it's great obviously have low expectations or no clue what a good app is.

Useless app. It just stores your boarding pass. But it does not update you with any changes such as boarding gate, delays, etc. If fact it does nothing useful, because you can check in online and keep a PDF of your boarding pass. Back to the drawing board
