No esta funcionando bien, cambian las fechas de entrega y después las cancelan. Soy paciente vulnerable y estoy sin medicamento. Toca pagar para que lo reclamen.

Se roban los medicamentos. No los entregan y en el sistema quedan marcados como si si los hubieran entregado. Después no hay forma de reclamar y se pierden los medicamentos. No tienen canales de atención cuando se tiene algún problema.

La opción de pedir turnos funciona muy bien, pero en los establecimientos las personas indican que no lo aceptarán. Considero que hace falta capacitación o eliminar está opción si no le dan la relevancia que merece.

Es sin duda la peor experiencia con una App que he tenido en la vida, programaron la entrega para 2 semanas después, y el día de la entrega no aparecen, no llaman y uno se trata de comunicar al teléfono y nunca contestan, lo dejan esperando a uno. Dos semanas después de llamar por fin contestan y me dicen que ya perdí la entrega por que no habia nadie en la casa, sabiendo que estamos en 40na y no se puede salir! Al final me toco comprar el medicamento por mi cuenta ($120,000). NO USAR APP
